EXE 980AT Online Lower-cutting PCB Depaneling Machine

The EXE 980AT Online Lower-cutting PCB Depaneling Machine is equipped with precision modular independent vacuum suction cup cutting modules and features multi-axis synchronous control via AC servo motors, delivering high efficiency and exceptional stability.
It comes standard with a PCBA product height measurement system to guarantee accurate positioning of vacuum suction and board attachment prior to depaneling.
A standard anti-static belt conveyor enables automatic material infeed and outfeed, supporting rail, belt or bracket-type discharge modes.
