Intuitive teach-in programming based on color CCD images, combined with a high-resolution vision calibration system, achieves ±0.01mm alignment accuracy, delivering reliable and intelligent operation control.

Equipped with a Japan NSK 60,000 RPM high-speed spindle, a vacuum dust extraction system, and a safety protection design, the machine enables low-stress cutting, high efficiency, and stable PCB depaneling performance.
