EXE 530 Automatic Plate Detection and Swinging Machine

The EXE 530 Automatic Plate Detection and Swinging Machine adopts a precision gantry-type multi-axis bus control system and can be optionally equipped with a robotic arm structure. It features an X-axis travel of 1100mm and a Y-axis travel of 600mm, with highly efficient automatic tray stacking and AGV full/empty pallet exchange functions.
It comes standard with a KEYENCE CCD dimension inspection and barcode scanning assembly, which can automatically distinguish between qualified and unqualified products, and guide nozzle positioning as well as defective part diversion.
The nozzle spacing can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 10mm to 35mm. The servo-driven Z-axis clamping mechanism adopts adaptive rotation control to achieve precise positioning.

Front Structure of the Placement Machine

The placement machine's front-end board carrier receives finished boards from the inline depaneling machine. These boards enter the placement machine and await CCD inspection by the transport axis for defective items.

PCB Handling Structure

Keyence CCD lens measures and identifies PCB boards, with Z-axis gripping of PCB boards.Servo motors pick up pre-cut PCB boards from the output tray and place them into the tray.Based on PCB board type, the system automatically determines whether PCB board rotation is required.

Storage Structure

Empty tray storage: Pallet motors automatically lift trays to the designated height for retrieval, awaiting Z2-axis suction placement onto the tray positioning station for PCB loading.

Finished tray storage: When the preset storage capacity is reached, an alarm signals tray storage is full.

Storage pallet trolleys are housed internally within the equipment. Once a set quantity is stored, trolleys can be removed—one at the front and one at the rear.

Product Dimension Inspection Structure

CCD technology inspects product dimensions, automatically classifying products as OK or NG, while also featuring barcode scanning functionality.

Product Dimension Inspection Structure
Automatic Plating Structure

The CCD-guided suction nozzle automatically picks up OK products for plating, automatically identifies NG codes, and automatically places NG products into the NG tray. NG codes and forklift pallets are directed to the defective tray.

Automatic Plating Structure
Gantry Handling Structure

The gantry handling structure employs multi-axis control, enabling multi-point movement via X, Y, and Z axes, supplemented by a rotation axis for flexible control of rotational angles.

Gantry Handling Structure
Automatic adjustment of suction nozzle tightness

The suction nozzle can flexibly and automatically adjust the spacing (10mm-35mm). For spacing larger than 35mm, it can pick up in alternate rows, and the camera guides the precise placement position.
